Representing Turkey successfully abroad and encompassing popular hotel brands, the franchise and management company Continent Worldwide Hotels is making confident strides toward becoming Turkey's most investor-friendly hotel chain, especially with new openings and projects in Turkey and the Middle East. Recently, a hotel franchise and management agreement was signed with the rapidly growing Master Realtor Türkiye and Maliyetine Ev İnşaat Proje Geliştirme Firması, covering 10 locations and 10 branded hotel operations. The first project under this agreement, Swiss Inn Thermal Resort in Ilgın Konya, was launched on 05/07/2024.

This unique concept hotel, which can be inhabited 365 days a year, offers the owners of each unit the opportunity to generate income by renting out their units as hotel accommodations when they are not in residence. The project guarantees a four-year amortization period and a 20-year rental income guarantee. The construction of this hotel, which will take approximately 36 months, includes a total of 220 units comprising 1+1 suites, standard rooms, and exclusive villas. The facility also features a la carte restaurants and cafes, thermal hot water pools and cold pools, an aqua park, a market, a health center, and SPA and saunas.
